Step 1: Preliminary Testing
Before initiating the RMA process, ensure you have conducted all necessary tests on the reader. Refer to the Ethos Technical Guide for detailed troubleshooting instructions: Ethos Technical Guide
If you are unable to resolve the issue after testing, please contact Wavelynx Support (support@wavelynx.com) for assistance. Do not proceed to the RMA process unless you are certain the reader is defective.
NOTE: If a returned reader is tested and found not to be defective, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Step 2: Requesting an RMA Number
- Email RMA@wavelynx.com to request an RMA number.
- Be prepared to provide the following details:
- Model and CPN of the reader(s)
- Description of the issue
- Purchase date
Step 3: Completing the RMA Form
- Fill out the RMA form completely. Ensure all fields are filled in accurately.
- Email the completed RMA form to RMA@wavelynx.com for review.
NOTE: Any package returned to Wavelynx without an RMA number or shipped outside of the applicable RMA timeframe will be refused and shipped back to the Partner.
Step 4: Shipping the Product
- Package the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include the RMA form in the package.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Deadline: Ship the product within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
