Configuring Readers to Customer Needs

Which readers are compatible with the Configure app?

Readers must be bluetooth enabled to work with the Configure app. Both our -6 and -7 readers are bluetooth enabled.

What channels can I purchase the compatible product through? 

You can purchase readers through any authorized reseller or your PACs. As long as these readers are -6 or -7 SKUs, they can be configured using the Configure mobile app.

How will I configure those readers to a custom SKU?

Configuring a reader to a custom SKU requires the Configure app, which is available for both iPhone and
Android.

Once the app is installed, you will need to register your account.
