Need help on determining what an NS code is? Please contact our sales@wavelynx.com to determine the proper programming details for your NS code. The NS code is a code that we use to track the proper programming details for a specific end user or site.
What is a custom Keyset? (LK number)
- An LK number is a custom keyset that is programmed in readers and cards. The LK numberallows certain readers to work with only cards programmed with the same LK number.
- Example: Your LK number is Lk10003. Only cards programmed with this number will open the door.
What does the printing look like? (Example: For a card with badge ID 14475)
Why the additional fee for the slot punches?
- We charge a 25 cent fee for slot punches due to the manual labor required to punch each card individually.

Who would I get our programming details information from?
- End user’s typically determine their facilities programming details. This information is often listed in the specifications for the project or explained by the security officer of the building.
What if I have a new building?
- For new buildings or facilities that do not have defined keyset information, please work with the end user to determine which credential programming they would like to use.
